Welcome to Twelve and Below, our class designed for young actors aged six to ten. At Words in Motion Actors Studio, we believe that every child is full of imagination and energy, and we aim to help them channel that energy in a group setting. Our focus is on teaching self-control, creativity, and the importance of listening and following direction. We also work on teaching respect for others, which is crucial for film set etiquette.

During our classes, young actors will learn how to hit acting notes and make appropriate adjustments for a scene. We encourage parents to ask questions and raise concerns as we believe that open communication is key to our success. We understand that the business of acting can be overwhelming, and we offer consultations and private coaching to help you navigate this industry.

At Words in Motion, we work closely with agents, casting directors, and productions to showcase our talent. We offer lots of tools to help you understand the industry, and we encourage you to ask us anything. To see our talented kids in action, check out The Kids Show on our Facebook page.

In addition, we offer a helpful resource in the form of Kelly Talk Show, a show directed by Diego Silva, Kelly’s husband. We talk to actors, filmmakers, casting directors, producers, writers, and more to give you an insider’s perspective on the industry. Please like our page to stay up-to-date with our latest segments and leave comments to connect with others in the industry. At Words in Motion, we believe in the power of connection and are excited to be a part of this exciting time in history where we can connect with people through the click of a button.

The Kids Show

At Words in Motion, we take our role as a training facility very seriously. We believe that every young actor who walks through our doors is making an investment towards a career in the entertainment industry. As such, we want to ensure that our students understand that they are not just artists, but also businesspeople.

We recognize that the road to success can be challenging, which is why we want to make sure that our students are equipped with the tools they need to succeed. If you do not have the resources to train with us at this time, we encourage you to explore community theatre as a valuable alternative.

Our goal is not to waste your time or ours. We want to work with students who are passionate about their craft and committed to their success. So, whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your career to the next level, we are here to support you every step of the way.
